Privacy Policy

Mary Unique Designs (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we handle when you use this website or contact us, and the choices you have. We follow the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What this website collects

• No accounts or online payments. You don’t sign up, and we don’t take card or M-Pesa payments on this website.
• Your bag stays on your device. Bags you add are saved in your own browser so they’re still there when you return. This information is not sent to us.
• Cookies. We do not currently use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. If we add Google Analytics or other measurement tools in the future, we will update this policy to explain what is collected and your choices.

When you contact or order from us

Orders and enquiries happen on WhatsApp or by email. When you message us, we receive the details you choose to share — such as your name, phone number, email address, delivery location and the bags you’d like. We use these only to answer you, process and deliver your order, and keep a record of it.

WhatsApp and your email provider handle those messages under their own privacy policies.

Embedded video

Our story page includes a YouTube video shown in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may set cookies once you press play, under Google’s privacy policy.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your information. We share delivery details with a courier or rider only when needed to deliver your order.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for the order, after-sales care and our business records, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us and we’ll respond promptly.
